Future Composites offers a cost-effective 4×8 carbon fiber sheets. Our carbon sheets are multiple lamination of 3k carbon fiber prepreg as surface and UD carbon fiber prepreg as inner structure in an epoxy matrix.

The 4ft x 8ft full carbon fiber sheet is ideal for your automatic/ racing interior panels, dash board, floors, finishing trim, light-duty electronic mount panels, cage fill panels and etc.
The standard thicknesses are 0.05”(1.2mm), 0.04” (1mm), other custom sizes and diameters by drawing also available. The thickness tolerance is +/-0.1\mm. Colored fiberglass as the surface and carbon fiber kevlar cloth surface is also supported.
