Yes, we have 4-axis and 5-axis CNC machines in house, radius chamfer and high precious to 0.05mm tolerance for sheets are possible.
Popular and standard patterns are 3k twill & plain & forged & unidirectional; 12K spread tow, colored fiberglass and satin patterns are also possible, please share your photos of your requirements.
For the tubes’ mandrels we have in stock, the shipment time depends on the mandrel quantity and order quantity. The output of the tube is 2 pcs per day for the inner diameter less than 200mm.
For the carbon sheets, it will take 5-7days for an order quantity smaller than 50pcs, including CNC machining time, we have stocks for regular thickness like 1mm, 2mm, 3mm, 5mm and 10mm in the size of 500x500mm and 1000x1000mm.
For the simple parts, 12-15days of mold making time and 7-14days of prototype fabrication time is needed. For the complex and assembled parts, a longer molds and sample making & adjustment time is needed.
We custom the carbon boxes for each parts to make sure the Carbon Fiber products can be well protected; and ship them by express, by air to the airport, by sea and by truck, in door to door delivery terms for different regions.
