Quality Inspection
Future has a comprehensive quality management system. Every pool cue undergoes dynamic balance, vibration modal testing, and impact testing to ensure that your customers receive only qualified products.
Straightness inspection:
The cue is slowly rolled on a platform or V-blocks, and a dial indicator measures the runout along the shaft; the standard allows ≤0.1mm/m deviation.
Concentricity inspection:
The cue is rotated between two centers, and a dial indicator measures the radial runout at the cue tip; the standard requires ≤0.05mm total runout.
