Powered E-Foil
Electric hydrofoils are powered by electricity, offering higher speeds and greater stability.
Electric hydrofoil products come in a variety of types to meet the needs of consumers in different countries.
The use of lighter and stronger materials such as carbon fiber effectively improves the durability and handling of hydrofoil products.
High-performance batteries and motors provide longer range and more powerful performance.

Manual Hydrofoil
By combining hydrofoil gliding with non-powered propulsion forces such as human-powered pedaling, water flow thrust, and wind power, high-speed gliding on the water surface can be achieved. Non-powered hydrofoils require advanced skills from the user and represent the ultimate expression of human interaction with nature.

Hydrofoil Feature Box

To ensure the hydrofoil withstands immense bending and torsional forces in water, it is manufactured using carbon fiber T700/ T800/ M40 prepreg materials. with layup design used to control weight and achieve optimal performance.

Our standard layup lamination is +/-45° ply orientation, which offers an excellent balance of torsional stiffness and impact resistance. Customized layup as +/-30° is possible to prioritize different performance characteristics.

We typically use molded PU or CNC-machined PMI foam material to form the masts, front wings, and tail wings, in order to achieve weight reduction.

The overall weight can be precisely engineered by calculating the areal weight and ply count of carbon fiber lamination, along with the density and volumetric dimensions of core material.

By achieving an optimal balance of strength-to-weight ratio, rigidity, and durability through heat treatment and surface anodization, aluminum alloy has been validated as the definitive material for high-stress interface components such as adaptors, mounts, and top plates.

Distinguish your brand and captivate riders through custom-designed profiles—from the mast’s foil curve to the wing and board shapes. Stand out in the market with signature aesthetics, and rocket your business.

Equipment Introduction
We have autoclaves and molding compression equipment, as well as a professional technical team and skilled workers with over 10 years of experience in layup and equipment operation. Our strict quality inspection department ensures that every production step strictly adheres to the manufacturing workflow, guaranteeing a high product yield rate and 100% pre-shipment inspection, so that your customers receive satisfactory products.
Suitable for complex structures and applications requiring high aesthetic standards, this method offers lower mold costs and a more perfect appearance for powered hydrofoils.
Suitable for unpowered applications, these hydrofoil accessories feature a simple design and offer a competitive unit price, making them ideal for large-volume orders.
After receiving the drawings, we will thoroughly evaluate every detail and hold a video conference to discuss them.
Depending on the complexity of the design, the production time for a complete set of hydrofoil molds is 30-35 days; the production time for a finished product is 20-25 days.
Currently, most hydrofoils on the market have a matte surface, and the connection point between the strut and the top plate is usually painted black.
We use PE paint, which offers excellent UV protection and resistance to yellowing.
Yes, please send us the 3D drawings, weight, strength requirements, and specified material requirements. We will evaluate them and provide a quote as soon as possible.
Yes, hydrofoiling is harder to learn and ride it well.
Hydrofoil boarding is indeed more challenging to learn than traditional surfing. The key difficulty lies in mastering three-dimensional control: beyond left-right balance, you must manage up-down balance through subtle ankle and leg movements. It demands strong core strength and precise coordination, as the foil’s inertia requires you to anticipate motions instantly. Unlike surfing, you can’t pause — once you stop generating lift, you fall. Powered hydrofoils lower the entry barrier, yet the higher speeds drastically shorten your reaction window. Any mistake is amplified at velocity, making control more critical and consequences more severe.
