For tubes over 1.5m, we select compression molding, filament winding, or roll-wrapping based on your application and strength requirements.

FAQ2:How shall we start a custom project?

Send us your 3D files (STL/STP), tolerance, weave and surface requirement. We will review and get back to you according to our knowledge and procedures.

FAQ3:What pattern and surface treatment you can do?

Black is the natural color, color coating to color code is possible. We offer 3K, 12K spread tow (8/18/30mm grids), and cost-effective UD. We also specialize in forged carbon with gold or silver foil decoration, highly popular in the Middle East.

FAQ4:How do you determine the pricing?

By serveral factors, carbon fiber prepreg grade, manufacturing process, part complexity, surface finish, and order volume.

FAQ5:Can I relocate the molds if our partnership ends?

The customer retains full ownership of all tooling paid for. While we provide professional onsite storage and maintenance, you are entitled to retrieve your molds at any time should our cooperation conclude.

FAQ6:How do you pack cargo & handle shipment, can you do DDP?

We do carton box & export grade plywood packing. We handle DDP terms to USA/CA, some European and Middle East countries, by sea/ truck/ air. Cargo insurance possible.
