How to Customize Carbon Fiber Cadillac?
We purchase US-Spec vehicles, collect the full surface, backside, clips and mounting holes data by industrial 3D scanners. Our engineers convert the data into precious 3D CAD drawings , not only duplicating OEM parts, we are also capable of adding your sport styling designs.
Our sister factory will print a 3mm or 5mm thickness 3D Prototype; and then our 10+ experienced skilled craftsman make the FRP molds. Room-temperature FRP molds are used for wet carbon parts, while High-temperature FRP molds are for dry carbon molds for autoclave or vacuum-bagging.
The OEM factory radar brackets, metal clips and screw mounts will be refitted onto the demolded prototypes. Then we install the assemblies on US-spec vehicles. We design the carbon fiber layup and reinforcement structures to achieve a no-modification installation with no warping or edge lifting.

For both dry and wet carbon fiber parts, we strictly control the perfect surface with weave alignment, mounting hole positions, edge curves, and left-right symmetry. After installation, the gaps must be even, the hole positions must accurate, no warping, and no-modify installation. Equipped with in house painting work shop, we apply UV-resistant automotive clear coating to prevent yellowing, letting us control the finish quality and lead times. Each piece is packed in a custom carton box, reinforced with plywood case; through efficient packaging, we ensure safe transport while minimizing logistics costs for you. We deliver export service at reasonable pricing and reliable quality control.
