Carbon Fiber Rod
3K twill or plain surface on top of the carbon fiber rod is possible by wrapping real 3K carbon fiber prepreg and curing procedures.
Resin Type: Epoxy
Fiber Volume: 65%
Color: Natural Black
Density: 1.6g/m3
Shape: Round, Square and Custom Shaped
Finish: UD/Matte or 3K Twill/Plain Pattern
Straightness: 0.5~1.5mm for 1meter length
Composite Type: 0° Unidirectional Orientation
Fiber Type: 33 to 35 MSI Standard Modulus
Pultrusion Production Method
We use this process to produce carbon fiber rods, pulling continuous carbon fiber tows impregnated with epoxy resin and curing them through a heated steel forming die.

Your #1 Carbon Fiber Rods Manufacturer
Future Composites uses pultrusion technology to produce carbon fiber rods. It is formed by pulling continuous carbon fiber filaments, impregnating them with vinyl resin, and then forming them at high temperature in a mold. The carbon rod is characterized by precise outer diameter dimensions, high straightness, and typical properties of high modulus of 33msi (228GPa) and tensile strength of 500ksi (3.5GPa). Its density (1.4-1.5g/cm³) is only a quarter of that of steel, but its tensile strength is 6-9 times higher than that of steel. This excellent lightweight and high-strength characteristic makes it very advantageous in transportation and construction installation. The product is widely used in building frame trusses, structural reinforcement, lightweight modeling, radio remote control equipment, and unmanned aerial vehicles, as well as for a variety of innovative applications.
Application of Carbon Fiber Rods
Carbon fiber rods are widely used. They can be used not only as accessories for high-end equipment such as aerospace, drones, and racing cars, but also for general purposes such as furniture accessories and structural parts.
