Why carbon fiber sheet
The specific strength of carbon fiber plates is 7 times that of titanium alloys, and the fatigue resistance limit can reach 70% of static strength. The high design flexibility allows for customized layup direction and ply counts. Through modified resins, it can achieve high temperature resistance (200 degrees), flame retardancy, and impact resistance, thereby maximizing energy efficiency and emission reduction.


UD Lamination Layup Design
Our carbon fiber plate is produced by carbon fiber prepreg lamination, the regular layup is 0 degree/90 degree T300 UD prepreg in 150gsm and 200gsm, with 3K fabric as the appearance layer. We can also do a +/-45 degree ply design according to customer’s requirement, or use T700/ T800/ M30/ M40 UD prepreg to enhance the strength.

Carbon Fiber Sheets By Colour
There are two types of colored carbon fiber sheets, one uses carbon Kevlar hybrid fabric as surface layer, with interwoven black carbon fibers and colored Kevlar fibers; the other one is a color painted fiberglass fabric as exterior. Both adopts unidirectional fabric as the structural layer, which physical properties determined by the performance of UD prepreg.

Future adopts molding compression machines to produce small-sized carbon fiber plates of 500x500mm, 1000x1000mm, and 1200x2400mm. It has the advantages of high production efficiency, low cost, and high strength. It is mainly used in the RC-drone industry. We uses autoclave machines to produce large carbon fiber sheets (Length x width 8000x3000mm). The autoclave equipment has high-precision temperature and pressure control functions to ensure that the carbon fiber prepreg is heated and compressed evenly in the autoclave. The produced carbon sheets have the advantages of low porosity, good flatness, durability and reliability.
CNC tooling service can be provided according to customer requirements.
Sample order: 5-7days for less than 50pcs of sheets;
Large order: we’ve done 5000pcs of carbon fiber flat insoles in 20days.
