We can design the layup according to your requirements, using 0.006″ and 0.008″ thickness UD prepreg. The innermost layer is oriented at 0° to enhance tensile strength, +/-45° layers increase torsional resistance, and 90° layers improve hoop strength for better resistance to external and internal pressure.

Compared to round carbon fiber tubes, elliptical carbon fiber tubes offer better stability and can withstand greater torsional forces, providing unique advantages in practical applications. Production using a roll-to-roll process results in lower mold costs and unit prices, while increasing production efficiency. The UD OPP finish, with its resin-retained surface, prevents carbon fiber fraying and maintains a glossy finish, reducing the need for sanding and painting processes and further lowering costs.
