Our standard carbon fiber tube products use UD prepreg and 3K twill/plain prepreg. Using UD fabric ensures strength while keeping the price very affordable. To improve torsional strength, you can add some -/+45° or +/-75° layers. This layup will consume more prepreg, but to help you enhance competitiveness, we will not ask for an extra price.

There are four main methods for producing carbon fiber tubes: rolling, winding, compression molding, and pultrusion. Carbon fiber tubes produced by different methods have different properties.
